Rose Bowl Restaurant

WOW I am shocked to read someone didn't enjoy eating at the rosebowl. I have been eating there for years and always have a great meal. I am not sure what the previous reviewer classifies as traditional chinese fare? They have chow mein, fried rice, sweet & sour pork, deep fried prawns, chop suey, food yung, spring rolls. To me that is traditional chinese fare.

I have no idea how the above reviewers ever came to rating the Rose Bowl a 5. Based on their reviews we went to check out the buffet. The shrimp in the shrimp salad in the cold buffet was bad, there was no traditional chinese fare such as chicken balls etc. It was by far the WORST chinese buffet we have ever been to. Not to mention when we went to pay we had to stand at the till for over 10 minutes while they tried to find our server. Save your money...we found a different buffet in town that is much better, fresher, cleaner and friendlier!

We stopped at the restaurant the other night for their smorgasbord and it was awesome. They had a great selection of salads and fresh cut veggies. There was also some amazing Salt & Pepper prawns, spring rolls and my fav Egg Foo Yung. The restaurant has added a few great dishes to their buffet. Good job Glen and Tanya

We ate at the RoseBowl Restaurant last night and the food and service were awesome. They have a great salad bar that also comes with the chinese food. They have added a few new items to the selection as well. We really enjoyed the springrolls, salt & pepper prawns as well as the chicken wings are always great.
